The IAS Itzehoer Airservice, based in Hohenlockstedt is an air carrier approved by the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt. The home base for the aircraft is the airfield "Hungriger Wolf" near Itzehoe. The Cessna Caravan is versatile and can be used for passenger, freight and parachute jumpers. In the passenger facilities a maximum of 9 passengers can be comfortably carried. Used as a cargo airplane it can carry up to 1.0 tons of cargo. In addition, the "208" is authorized to carry skydivers to altitude.

The photographer

Air-to-air photography is the work with two or more aircraft. One or more subject aircrafts are photographed while all aircraft are in flight. Our Cessna Caravan 208 will fly the photographers (the ‘photoship’) so the others can be photographed while flying in formation. This allows the photographer to position the subject in specific locations and angles to get the most desirable shot.
